Spare parts may vary depending on the year of manufacture of your hood, even if it's the same model. Therefore, it is essential to have the serial number identified to ensure you receive the correct information.

How do I know I´m buying an Original Elica Spare Part/Accessory?
- To ensure the very best results and problem-free use, Elica recommends that you only use original spare parts and accessories. Reliability, performance and safety must be accompanied by the quality of spare parts and accessories developed and manufactured following strict production criteria that only the parent company can guarantee, thus helping you to maintain the very high performance of Elica products in the long term.
- To ensure that your spare part is original, make the purchase through our authorized distributors. Elica Shop (Online spare part store) works through Encompass solutions for supplying and delivering Original Elica’s spare parts and Accessories.
- If non original Spare Parts are used the Warranty of the product becomes automatically annulled.
- Elica parts are distributed through two distribution facilities strategically located in Georgia and Nevada. The team provides new and compatible parts for models currently available in addition to older models. Our goal is to ensure you get the part(s) you need when you need them.
Does Elica offer Warranty for Spare Parts?
- All Elica Products have a 2 Years Parts & Labor Warranty from the moment of purchase. Register your product within the first 3 months and earn a 3rd year of factory warranty here: Register Product | Elica
- If your product has a malfunction within this time period contact Elica’s Technical Service by calling the (888) 732 8018 or email elica@servicepower.com before buying any Spare Part. They will assist you in claiming your warranty.
